The new restaurant at Le Byblos Saint-Tropez
Greek legend tells of the birth of Zeus* in Arcadia, an imaginary region reputed for its gentle way of life and harmony with nature.
ARCADIA is also the name of the new poolside restaurant at Le Byblos, presided over by Executive Chef Rocco Seminara and his Head pastry chef Yann Odic.
Refined Mediterranean cuisine, from land and sea, with produce from our very own kitchen garden.
With ARCADIA, Chef Rocco Seminara’s intention is to take you on an unprecedented culinary journey.
Rocco’s art of cooking focuses on the magic of each product which he is able to interpret in so many ways, taking it from its original state and then unleashing its gustative potential through different cooking methods and associations with other ingredients. Local producers and the kitchen garden just a stone’s throw from the restaurant (with over 50 varieties of flowers, fruit and aromatic herbs) provide him with a rich canvas on which to express his art.
