Created more than 15 years ago by Alain Ducasse, Spoon is present today in several countries (Tokyo, Paris, Mauritius). Spoon at Byblos is located directly by Place des Lices and boasts a beautiful garden-terrace surrounded by ancient plane trees. The cuisine is an introduction to culinary art and pays tribute to the Mediterranean region with inspirations from the Riviera and Italy.
