Cooking lessons at Byblos
Cooking Classes at the Restaurant Rivea at Byblos from April 26th To October 14th, 2018 (Excluding July & August).
A stone’s throw from the bustling Place des Lices, Vincent Maillard, the head chef at the Rivea restaurant,
Hotel Byblos, is inviting food lovers into his kitchen, to observe and discover the art of cooking.
Baskets filled with seasonal produce, bursting with Mediterranean flavours and aromas are especially provided for the lesson.
The set menu is then jointly discussed and created over breakfast, according to the availability of the best seasonal products.
During the lesson, guests have the opportunity to cook flavoursome dishes from the region, alongside head chef, Vincent Maillard,
who loves to share his knowledge and skills, whilst revealing some of his tips and the culinary secrets behind his recipes.
The dishes are then served for lunch, celebrating a lovely moment of conviviality.
